Your data, plainly explained.

The short version

• Most tools process your files inside your own browser. Those files never reach our servers at all.
• We do not sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We only collect what is needed to run accounts and payments, and you can use almost the entire site without either.

Tools that run in your browser

File conversion, image editing, PDF tools, audio and video processing, and similar tools use technology built into your browser (such as WebAssembly). Your files are opened and processed on your own device and are never uploaded to us. When you close the tab, they are gone from the tool.

Tools that use a server

Some tools cannot run in a browser alone. The video downloader fetches the video you request through our server; AI generators send your prompt to the AI model that produces the result. In these cases we transmit only what is needed to complete your request and we do not keep your prompts, links, or results after the request finishes. Third-party AI providers process prompts under their own policies.

Accounts

If you create an account we store your email address and your subscription status, using Supabase as our authentication and database provider. Passwords are hashed; we never see them. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time via the contact page.

Payments

Pro subscriptions are processed by Paystack. Your card details go directly to Paystack and never touch our servers. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, so we can activate your plan.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in if you have an account. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are popular. We do not run cross-site tracking or advertising cookies.

Children

VVentures is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
